Travel, family, Flyfishing, love. Day 3 of Eating Program. It has been several months I injured my knee severely and have been unable to ezcercise. But beside that I have been overweight for the last bunch of years. My co-worker has been on a program that has had great results so I decided to try it out. Honestly I am not into these things, but after seeing her results and another friend of mine I decided to give it a try. See if my chubby cheeks etc diminish.
And then it all becomes a blur. No one told me that I would gag on solid food for days on end.
